General Informations

| Object of the contract | ||
| Travels, stays, journeys are the object of the present travel contract, whole comprehensive; together with the detailed characteristics included in this brochure. | ||
| Accommodation | ||
| Adult groups will be allocated in Double rooms. Hotels usually ask for the Rooming List including all the details (name, family name, date of birth, nationality, passport number) for a quick check-in. Student groups will be allocated in multi-bedded rooms, teachers will be allocated in Double or Single at the relevant supplement. | ||
| Meals | ||
|
Meals usually will be served between 12,30 / 13,30 for lunches and between 19,30 / 21,30 for dinners. Timing may change according to the hotels. It is doubtless that the confirmed timing written on the voucher is to be respected. |

| Rates | ||
|
All the shown hotel rates are to be meant per person, per night, Vat included and valid with a minimum of 25 people. Rates for smaller groups are to be reconfirmed. Usually Free of charge will be given in DBLB every 25 paying pax for Adult groups and in multi-bedded rooms for students. Rates for meals are based upon touristic menu made of 3 courses, drinks not included. In case of increase of the fuel or Vat hotel, bus, hostess, guide, restaurant rates will be changed accordingly. Rates are not valid during Religious and Bank holidays, Congress and Fair exhibition. |

| Supplement | ||
| Usually a supplement will be charged in case of 1 night stay (except where differently mentioned). In case hotels ask for a more expensive supplement, this will be notified in the offer. Religious and Bank holidays supplement are to be added. | ||
| Payment | ||
|
Booking will be considered valid only after the receiving of a bank swift of the total amount of the payment at least 60 days before the arrival of the group. Or in accordance to the conditions given on the confirmation of the dossier. R.H.I. reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the payment is not received within the agreed terms. All payments are due in Euro. If payment is done in other currency, the final balance will be subject to the currency exchange rate on the settlement day. Your remittance to us should be free of any charge (bank or else) otherwise the expense shall be duly invoiced to you. |

| Cancelation Fees | ||
|
No fees will be applied within 60 days before the arrival of the group 10% fees for cancelation between 59 and 45 days before the arrival 30% fees for cancelation between 44 and 30 days before the arrival 50% fees for cancelation between 29 and 15 days before the arrival 100% fees for cancelation between 14 days to the arrival No refund will be given in case of cancelation during the stay. Amendments to the above cancelation fees have to be mentioned in a personalized offer. |

| Liability | ||
| The contracts regarding these catalogue are regulated by the Italian national Law 1084 dated December 27th 1977 which ratified and implemented the International Agreement of Travel and Holidays Contracts (CCV) signed in Brussels on April 23rd 1970. The liability of the Travel Agency cannot in any way exceed the limits laid down by the above law. Participants must supply all the information required and respect all the regulations concerning travel agreements. Travellers are personally responsible for losses or damages caused by his/her fault to the organizing agency or to third part to which he/she must respond. | ||
| Claims and refund | ||
| Any claim has to be communicated to us during the stay. If the client does not inform us about it, he has to do it by writing within 10 days after the end of the relevant stay. No claim will be accepted thereafter | ||
| Strikes, Wars, Adverse atmosphere conditions, Civil or Military Rebellions, Earthquake | ||
| All the above facts and other of the same nature are considered of cause of major force and if services are interrupted or amended, neither R.H.I. nor other dealers can be considered responsible for. Therefore neither additional costs suffered by the clients nor the total or the partial services which are not used will be refunded. | ||
| Legal Jurisdition | ||
| For any dispute, the Civil Court of Rome is to be informed as the sole competent authority. | ||
